Tommaso is a guitar player and a composer. Although hands-on experience is one of the best teachers you can get, he also decided to go down a formal path and attended:

London Film Academy
Institute of Contemporary Music and Performance of London
Hollywood Music Workshop
Scuola Nazionale di Cinema di Roma

He was born in a very musical family. His sister Irene is a music therapist, skilled singer and pianist. Both of his parents and the other family members are great music lovers. He began playing the guitar at age eleven.

After quite a few live experiences in small local clubs, his first professional studio job was recording an album for Frontiers Records produced by Daniele Liverani (A New Promise, by Khymera). That experience successively led to another album and then to the creation of Daniele’s progressive band Twinspirits (three albums and many live shows).

Other highlights with a guitar in his hands were: recording with drums virtuoso Virgil Donati and a thirty-minutes rock symphony composed by Hollywood session violinist Robin Olson. A detailed list of the studio records Tommy played in, can be found on this website. In addition to the live shows with Twinspirits, Tommy was invited to play guitar festivals along with guests by the likes of Paul Gilbert, Mattias Eklundh, Marco Sfogli, Daniele Gottardo, Michael Angelo Batio, Josè De Castro and others.

Other studio collaborations saw Tommy playing with Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree), Vittorio Matteucci (Notre Dame de Paris), John Macaluso (ARK, Yngwie Malmsteen), Rufus Philpot (Al DiMeola), Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69) and other great players from around the world.

Tommaso is now producing and writing music for very diverse projects.
